How to order

To place an order, please email info@cvcacti.co.uk with your contact details and a list of the plants and/or sundries that you would like to purchase or by completing the form on our Contact page. We will then confirm with you what is available, the cost of postage and packaging and the total cost for your order.

All our plants are, we believe, correctly labelled. We have rationalised genera for consistency and ease of reference but the species names are as provided by the seed suppliers.
​
The photographs are representative of the range of plants available. The plant you will receive will not necessarily be the one pictured.
​
Orders can only be accepted from within the United Kingdom and will be processed in strict order of receipt. Many of our plants are available in limited quantities and it is possible they may sell out more quickly than we can update the website. For this reason, we will confirm all orders by email with a total amount to be paid.
​
The only payment we can accept is via PayPal, for which a 3% fee will be added to your order.
​
Parcels will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 24 as soon as possible after payment, normally on the first or second Saturday depending on the number of orders in hand. Royal Mail states delivery within 1 day but this is outside our control.
​
All packages will be accompanied by a plant passport. Plants will be sent bare root (no pot or substrate) to save postage and reduce the risk of damage.
​
Please check your plants upon receipt. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us by email within seven days of receipt with a photograph of the affected plant and we will sort something out.
​
We will not share any of your personal data with anyone other than Royal Mail unless we are required to release it to a competent authority as a matter of law.
​
